Before reading anything here, I encourage you to experience the work in person at the gallery first. Spend time with each piece and let your own thoughts, memories, and interpretations lead.

If you’d like to learn more about my perspective, what I was exploring, noticing, or questioning, this page shares that added context.
All artwork is available for purchase, framed or unframed, in the size shown or in alternative sizes.
Prices listed reflect the size and frame presented in the exhibition.
Printing for the exhibition was completed in collaboration with EFD Print Studio (Rockland, MA).
Most framing was completed in collaboration with Frame Center (Hanover, MA).
Water States
Water appears first as a space of transition, bending light and reshaping form. These works explore how the changing states of water alter our perception.
Decay - Taken inside an abandoned home, this image reveals layered wallpapers and reinforced wood beneath. Shaped by water and time, the structure reflects both deterioration and the quiet strength that endures within. ($700)

Resistance Study - This image captures the force of water at its most volatile: spectacular, powerful, and dangerous. The lighthouse stands as a quiet presence of surveillance and protection, marking the tension between control and the relentless energy of the sea. ($400)

Holding the City (Istanbul, Turkey) - Snowfall along the Bosphorus is rare, and when it arrives it briefly transforms the city. Here, a momentary break in the clouds allows sunlight to illuminate the snow-covered Asian shore as the storm continues. ($350)

Held in Blue - The human figure sits in balance, echoing our physical and mental dependence on water. Though colorless in nature, water is imagined as blue here, reflecting its essential presence in both body and thought. ($100)

Absence of Water - In the Colorado desert, the absence of water becomes the subject itself. Shadows stretch across the sand like interrupted paths, suggesting what once flowed and connected, now defined by what is missing. ($250)

How to disappear completely - Ways to Disappear Completely — Water loosens form into atmosphere, where figures drift between reality and fiction. ($150)

Never Ending Cycle - What lives in water returns to it, even when preserved and packaged. Submerged in liquid, the contents echo a natural cycle that continues beyond consumption. ($120)

Selective Truth - Ice and water present a choice of states, each asserting its will to endure. Through gradual shifts and sudden ruptures, one state overtakes another, offering fragmented, unsettling forms for exploration. ($100)

Seashell Details - Along the shores of Porto, seashells trace a quiet, spinal movement toward water, sheltering instead within the rock. The image reflects a balance between dependence and restraint—living close to what sustains you without allowing it to overwhelm. ($250)

Architecture in Black and White
Using contrast and geometry to shift how we perceive built forms. By isolating subjects or discovering them within their surroundings, I invite a slower, more deliberate way of looking.
My Hairdresser Is Better Than Yours - Through perspective and framing, ordinary structures transform into imagined forms, reminding us that perception can invent what does not exist, and undo what does. ($75)

The Gray Illusion - This space reveals how art can temper the toughness of concrete, and how concrete, in turn, grants art a sense of permanence, gravity, and respect. ($160)

Arabian Echoes - Here, light gives depth to flat surfaces, turning walls into layered space. In the Moorish architectural language of Spain, windows are sensed rather than handled—felt through rhythm, shadow, and filtered light. ($135)

Coming My Way - Perspective transforms motion into stillness, turning a transit station into a moment of inward reflection. ($75)

Walkway That Never Ends - Though the path eventually stops, the mind does not. Inside this Porto bookstore, movement is constant and solitude elusive, yet thought continues to spiral—wandering freely within a space never truly quiet. ($300)

Repetitive Reminiscence - What you see outside reappears within. A familiar façade is broken into repeating frames, allowing a single evening to exist in several possible outcomes at once. ($100)

Transitional Order - This space suggests that observation is not always invisible. From the center, order reveals itself, and the role of observer shifts, suggesting that we may be the ones being seen. ($200)

Architecture in Color
Here, rhythm, scale, and structure take center stage. I am highlighting the vibrancy of the built environment, treating architectural elements as rhythmic compositions rather than just static objects.
What Falls When Nothing Is Missing - Here, completeness creates its own tension. Light and structure guide the gaze downward, suggesting that even fullness can carry weight. ($120)

Spanish Window - A natural frame reveals the full character of the place: layered patterns, warm colors, and a quiet symmetry. The circular windows look back, turning the act of observation into a shared gaze. ($65)

Vaulted Wonders - This cathedral needs no introduction. Yet before the image was made, the vaults read as crowns—vast, ceremonial forms of sovereignty—momentarily transforming structure into symbol. ($75)

The Opening of Colors - What begins as color becomes something more physical. The surface resists being ignored, asking to be felt as much as seen. ($300)

House of Music, Budapest - A demanding composition, resolved only when structure and forest finally aligned. What emerges is a shared presence rather than a hierarchy. ($450)

Conceptual Travel
The final series introduces photography as a form of "mental travel." While some images originate from physical journeys, many are created close to home—suggesting that movement, discovery, and inspiration are often internal rather than distant.
A Day at the Market, Krujë - Under a cloudy sky, the market’s colors deepen and intensify. In a rare quiet moment, the street stands empty, allowing the region’s artisanal tradition and layered history-central to Albania’s identity-to speak without interruption. ($500)

Chilling Under the Shade - A quiet moment of rest and warmth, included in the gallery as a personal dedication to my niece, Hanna. as promised.

Still Here (Red Room) - Photographed in Charleston, South Carolina, this interior bears the quiet weight of a difficult past. The red walls act as both warning and witness—disturbing, contained in time, and resistant to forgetting. What once was no longer exists, yet its presence endures and must remain acknowledged. ($250)

Life, Version 1.1 - Past its moment of bloom, the flower still holds quiet beauty. What appears changed reveals another version of life-altered, fragile, and enduring in its own way. ($180)

In Your Backyard - Taken just a few steps from the gallery, this image is a reminder that distance isn’t required for meaning. Light, shadow, perspective, and composition are enough if you’re willing to look closely where you already are. (%75)

Trapped in Yourself - Created over fifteen years ago, this work explores how we become entangled in what we carry within. The forces that restrain us feel heavy and real, even when they exist only in our own making. ($65)

Light Turns on Light - Photographed at the Museum of Arms and Prison in Gjirokastër, Albania, this open window admits light and wind into a space heavy with memory. The moving curtain suggests release-illumination and air working together to ease the weight of a turbulent past. ($130)
